This Policy explains what information Punch Guys receives through this website, how it is used, and the choices available to visitors.

A vendor application may also include business and address information, services and service areas, experience, license or certification details, insurance and workers' compensation status, references, a completed W-9, certificates of insurance, exemptions, licenses, registrations, certifications, and project photographs.
2. How We Use Information

- to review project conditions and prepare preliminary estimates;
- to schedule and provide requested services;
- to communicate about your request;
- to protect the website and prevent misuse.
3. Uploaded Photographs and Files
Files are used to review your request, understand project conditions, prepare an estimate or proposal, or evaluate a vendor for possible project assignments. Vendor application documents are stored in restricted, non-public server storage. A W-9 should be submitted only through the dedicated required upload field. Do not place a Social Security number, Employer Identification Number, tax information, payment-card information, or other sensitive data in ordinary text fields. By uploading material, you confirm that you have the right to share it.
4. Form Processing and Service Providers
The estimate-request form may be processed by Formspree. The vendor application is processed on Punch Guys' website hosting, and a limited notification is sent through the hosting email service. Vendor documents, form values, and uploaded filenames are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. We may also use website hosting, email, telephone, and other technical providers. Those providers receive information only to the extent reasonably necessary to perform their functions and operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Sharing and Sale of Information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with subcontractors or technical providers when reasonably necessary to respond to a request or deliver an agreed service, and when disclosure is required by law, legal process, or protection of rights and safety.
6. Cookies and Technical Information
The website and hosting provider may use necessary cookies, server logs, and technical information such as IP address, browser type, and access date and time. Google Analytics may receive page views and limited technical event names, but vendor form values and uploaded filenames are not intentionally included. As of this Policy's effective date, the website does not state that it uses advertising based on selling or sharing personal information.
7. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to handle an inquiry, evaluate vendor qualifications, support project assignments, maintain business, tax, and legal records, resolve disputes, protect the website, and comply with law. Vendor files use randomized stored names and restricted, non-public storage. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved. You may request deletion subject to lawful recordkeeping and other legitimate business requirements.
8. Children
This website is intended for adults requesting property-related services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if such information was submitted without appropriate consent.
9. Your Choices
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information you provided, subject to legitimate business and legal retention needs. You may opt out of optional marketing communications by replying STOP to a text message or contacting us.
